Discover the historic city of Dordrecht from our unique Bed & Breakfast on the Hooikade. We have two spacious B&B studios in the city center of Dordrecht with a view on the Oude Maas river, one of the busiest shipping routes in Europe. There is always something to see on the water and you will find out how lively inland shipping is. The beautiful view of the river makes your stay even more enjoyable. From the B&B the city centre is at a stonesthrow distance, and it has everything you need: Museums, catering, shops or theater: it’s all around the corner. We have a lot tourist information and personal local tips available inhouse!

Our studios: StudioPlus and StudioExtra

In our attractive building with an eclectic industrial look in the historic center of Dordrecht we have two stylish studios available. These studios are suitable for two persons each. It is also possible to combine the two studios for one group; ideal for 4 friends, 2 couples or parents with children. Both studios are non-smoking.

The cozy studios (each ± 30m2) are furnished with two single beds, dining table with chairs, comfortable couch, flat screen TV, free WiFi, central heating. Each studio has its own spacious bathroom. Everything on the ground floor, no stairs. Every studio has a beautiful view on the river! Private entrance. There is a closed parking space which can be used for 1 car, (electric) bikes, etc. Everything very easy!

Breakfast

We serve a fresh and healthy breakfast at the time you are comfortable with. Our goal is to offer as many fresh and healthy local products possible. Do you have special dietary requirements? Let us know in advance and we will provide a suitable solution.

Parking

We have inhouse parking facilities for one car, motorbikes or (electric) bicycles. That is nice, safe and comfortable! If the parking space for the car is occupied, it is possible to park in front of the door (costs € 2.30 p/h from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.). There is a free parking at a10 min. walk (Weeskinderendijk). Charging E-bikes? We have free charging facilities available.

Home-cooking?

Do you want to cook for yourself during your stay? You can use the professional large adjoining kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker. You can store your own food in the large fridge. All attributes to prepare meals yourself are available. Free coffee and tea available all day long.

Accessibility

Our B&B is easy to reach: By train to Dordrecht Central station, then about 15 minutes on foot. You can rent bicycles, for example at Dordrecht NS station and at the VVV (= Intree Dordrecht). Via the water bus to our B&B? For current information, visit waterbus.nl/

Sanitary

Each studio has a spacious, modern equipped toilet and shower facility. All facilities are located on the ground floor, so no stairs. The bathrooms are also equipped with anti-slip and safety rails: safety and comfort are our top-priority!

Surroundings

Dordrecht, a vibrant city!

We hope to offer you a comfortable overnight address in the center of one of Holland’s oldest cities. All facilities are within walking distance (public transport, museums, shops, restaurants, etc.). The beautiful nature of the Hollandse Biesbosch, the Mills of Kinderdijk (Unesco World Heritage List) and the world port city of Rotterdam are some of the highlights in the vicinity. Dordrecht as a central accomodation offers many possibilities! The river is a lively tableau where a variety of vessels pass by all day, entertaining to see and interesting to get an insight of what is transported over water. The bunker boat is a pleasant berth where all day long inland skippers moor to forage.

Explore the beautiful surroundings

Dordrecht is excellent to discover while walking. The wider surroundings are great to discover by bike. You can safely store your bikes in our spacious, covered parking space. If you do not have the opportunity to take your bike with you, you can always rent one.

Dining out

There are plenty of restaurants (cozy local bistro’s to haute cuisine) and terraces in the immediate vicinity that will make your stay enjoyable. Feel free to ask for information, we know the culinary environment well.
